We offer refunds/replacements only in the following cases:
You received a wrong shipment OR You received a damaged product In any of the above cases, please raise a return/ replacement request within three days from the date of delivery. To raise a return/refund request in such cases, please drop us an email at contact@nhnce.in Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used and/or the seal has been broken.
Upon receiving the returned product, NHNCE will inspect the same and validate the claim. Once approved as an eligible return, a refund or replacement will be issued to the original source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc) within 7 working days of receiving the request from you.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel your order, please write to us at contact@nhnce.in Your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.
